Back at the end of July, when the lunar nodes returned to begin their 19 month monitoring of your work/life balance, they must have had this month in mind, along with the planetary oppositions in the preceding months having helped to drill that home. While there will be no more planetary clashes and the lunar nodes will largely watch from the sidelines, having the right work/life balance will help you get the most out of a month that is offering so much on both sides. Because the Sun will always spend the first three weeks of November in your sector of adventure, travel, learning and discovery, the solar spotlight is always on the adventurous side of life's fence.
While the Sun's return to your career sector on 22nd November will see the solar spotlight shift onto your career and professional situation, matters and options, not until then and it is not unheard of to have Venus and/or Mercury linger a little longer in an adventurous part of your chart. This here, Venus and Mercury aren't just lingering, and while Venus had retrograded back out two days after the Sun's return, by then she had been in your sector of adventure, travel, learning and discovery for six weeks, while by turning retrograde before she left, this is going to keep Mercury here until she returns on 4th December.
Between them, Mercury and Venus aren't just going to keep things active on the adventurous front for the rest of the year, but with the help of the dwarf planet Ceres, whose retrograde turn on 22nd November is going to keep her in a playful and creative part of your chart for the rest of the year. Meanwhile, while the Sun won't return to your career sector until 22nd November, for the first time in 12 years you not only have Jupiter in your work sector and not even halfway through a 13 month quest for job growth and expansion, but until leaving on 26th November, Mars will be making these some of the busiest weeks of the year. Even when Mars leaves and shifts his focus onto your relationships, things will remain busy on the income, work and career fronts for the rest of the year.
